Andrew is a co-founder of Athletic Recruiting Advisors.  He has been in sales and management for over 20 years in multiple industries.  He has won numerous awards for selling achievements throughout his career.  Andrew played college and professional baseball as a pitcher and has been coaching youth competitive baseball and providing lessons for over 25 years.

Stephen is a co-founder of Athletic Recruiting Advisors. He has been in sales, sales management and marketing for over 20 years in several industries. During that time, he has won several awards within Fortune 500 organizations for his sales and marketing efforts of both products and services. Stephen grew up competing in sports and has coached competitive teams in several sports.

Our Goal

To offer a cost effective DIY approach that will increase an athletes' exposure to college coaches. Increasing their exposure could lead to increased options to compete and further their education at the college level.  ​

From The Beginning

​We know how expensive high school and competitive sports can be, having had several of our own children competing in baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, and football. Prior to establishing Athletic Recruiting Advisors, Andrew and Stephen over a period of several years had combined their knowledge of competitive sports, the recruiting process, as well as sales and marketing, to assist several athletes they had coached, and family friends, gain increased exposure to college coaches in their respective sports. Several of those athletes earned athletic scholarships and academic scholarships. Since then, they have formed Athletic Recruiting Advisors, sharing the information, tactics, and strategies with numerous clients. Many clients have taken the DIY approach and have earned opportunities for their athlete to compete at the college level, by increasing their exposure among college coaches in their respective sports. Multiple athletes have even earned athletic scholarships between their efforts in high school and utilizing the information shared with them. The college athletic recruiting process is a marathon, not a sprint. Let us share with you the techniques, tactics and information that has helped numerous parents assist their athlete on the college athletic recruiting journey.
